Individual Therapy

Work one-on-one with me—in a safe, caring and confidential environment.  Explore your feelings, beliefs,  behaviors and work through challenging or influential memories.  Identify aspects of your life that you’d   like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Progressing through Therapy offers 55 minute sessions.

Group Therapy

A  small group of four to eight meet with me to talk about specific issues individuals are struggling with such as grief/bereavement, anger management, eating disorders, chronic depression or anxiety, recovering from childhood sexual abuse, etc.

Progressing through Therapy also offers group counseling for women.
