Progressing through Therapy Workshops offer skill-building sessions that foster both interpersonal and intrapersonal connections.

Unlike traditional therapy groups, we do not bill health insurance, as we do not assign a mental health or medical diagnosis.

Workshops are open to men and women, typically for those aged 21 and up unless otherwise noted.

All workshops are non-refundable unless the minimum participant requirement is met and non-transferable—attendance is personal and cannot be substituted.
