What to Expect
1️⃣ Insurance Verification: We will collect your information and verify your insurance benefits.
2️⃣ Appointment Scheduling: Our office will contact you via phone or email to schedule your appointment.
Reminder: Our Greensboro operating hours are Sunday to Tuesday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and our Wadesboro operating hours are Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
3️⃣ Intake Process: After verifying your insurance, we will set up a provisional appointment. This appointment will be confirmed once the registration process is finalized.
4️⃣Registration: After scheduling, a registration link will be emailed to you.
Important: If the registration is not completed within 48 hours of receiving the link, the appointment will be canceled.
5️⃣ Appointment Reminder: The scheduling system will send an appointment reminder asking you to confirm the appointment.
If you do not confirm the appointment within 24 hours of receiving the text, the appointment will be canceled.
6️⃣ Meet Your Therapist: Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early
