Groups Groups

Groups are an excellent experience for individuals to create awareness. Participants learn how to support each other while navigating life’s challenges. Groups are helpful to build social skills, increase healthy communication, and create connection.
Groups are not a substitute for individual counseling/therapy. Progressing through Therapy has created groups to supplement an individual’s personal counseling/therapy journey.

Due to the nature of therapeutic educational groups, we do not allow for visitors.

In-person group designed to assist women in identifying self-sabotaging behaviors that may or may not be associated with trauma and/or traumatic event causing women to take other people’s behaviors and words personally.

In-person guided designed to support women to process feelings of worth and identity while promoting healing.

Drawing from the Heart is a series incorporating art exercises assisting participants with exploring, expressing, and transforming emotional pain and loss tapping into “what the heart needs to be healed versus what the brain/mind thinks needs to be healed”
