1. What brings you to therapy at this time?
I’m managing life fairly well and want support with growth, clarity, motivation, or staying grounded.
I’m noticing ongoing stress, mood changes, or relationship patterns that I want help understanding and improving.
I’m dealing with consistent emotional overwhelm, longstanding patterns, or unresolved trauma that’s starting to impact daily functioning.

A few times a week; it’s manageable but persistent.
Several times a week, and it takes effort to recover.
