Progressing through Therapy Workshops offer skill-building sessions that foster both interpersonal and intrapersonal connections.
Our goal is to support personal growth, provide coping tools, and create a safe space for emotional learning without requiring a mental health diagnosis.
This approach allows individuals who may not meet the criteria for a diagnosis — or who prefer not to engage in formal therapy — to still receive support, education, and practical skills.
Please note:
Insurance is not billed for these groups because they are non-therapeutic, educational, and skills-based. They do not include diagnosis or formal mental health treatment.
Payment is due at registration.
Workshops are open to men and women, typically for those aged 21 and up unless otherwise noted.
All workshops are non-refundable unless the minimum participant requirement is met and non-transferable—attendance is personal and cannot be substituted.
Our non-therapeutic groups provide:
✔ A safe, structured space to explore feelings and learn coping tools
✔ Professional guidance by licensed clinical mental health counselors
✔ Affordable, flexible support without entering formal mental health treatment
✔ Help for people who may not meet criteria for therapy but still want to grow and heal
Even though these are not “therapy” groups, having a licensed counselor as the facilitator means:
You get expert, evidence-based support.
The group stays emotionally safe and focused.
We can recommend next steps if deeper care is needed.
