Individual therapy is a one-on-one conversation between you and a licensed mental health professional. It’s a private, safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind—stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, life changes, trauma, relationship issues, or anything else you’re struggling with.
Your therapist is trained to listen without judgment, help you understand what you’re feeling, and work with you to find healthier ways to cope.
