You don’t need a kitchen full of expensive equipment to do it.

Join us for a hands-on beginner sourdough workshop where you’ll create your own starter, work with an established starter, mix and begin your first loaf, practice stretch-and-folds, and take your dough home to finish and bake.

Your registration includes all workshop ingredients and supplies, a You Can Make Sourdough beginner booklet, banneton/proofing basket, dough whisk, dough scraper, lame, baking pan, established sourdough starter, your own newly created starter, apron and gloves.

No bread-baking or sourdough experience required.
